Lauren started photographing bands while undergraduate in the 90s in New York and in the UK. She received an MA from NYU & ICP in 2002 and worked with with Getty images and MPTV Images shooting creative stock and red carpet. After developing a nerve condition called CRPS from ankle surgery, she reluctantly hung up her camera for a decade. After multiple surgeries to address the pain, she returned to photography and has since become a fixture on the scene.
Lauren’s work was selected for the two most recent American Photography annuals, showcasing the 300 best images of 2022 and 2023. She is based in Brooklyn, NY.
